Grim Tide Gets Its Print Edition

Grim Tide Gets Its Print Edition

Ah, the ol' news post. A standby for blogs like this one, that function as a way to let a gnarly writer crack out of his fiction zone for a hot minute and splice together some paragraphs with a point.

This week, it's a news with a lower-case n - Grim Tide, the latest Sever Squad book (and its second-to-last), now has a print edition up on Amazon. If you were waiting for the paperback, here it is.

Soon I'll start chatting about Sever Squad's last outing, which should be out later this month (!). It's always a bit of a rollercoaster closing out a series, because, frankly, you come to love the characters so much that you want to give them good finales. And, you know, some heroics on the way there.

Also, as you'll see on Wednesday and Friday, I'm starting a short story series here. Not long tales, just riffs using neat artwork that I find inspiring on some level or another. You'll be able to find the stories here and . . . that's it, really. I'll try for a couple every week, but we'll see how it shakes out.

Either way, I hope you enjoy'em. Each one's it's own thing, at least so far, and short enough to go down with a morning coffee or an evening brew.

Take care, and have a great week!
