I'll admit it's a bit strange, as a writer that drives almost everything through systems, that I've yet to find one that works for these updates. It's as if, when the day of writing scenes, compiling YouTube audio, and translating new editions, it's hard to muster up the energy to drop news here, there, and elsewhere. Nevertheless, here we are!
Not long ago, the sequel to Rakers dropped. Immortal's Ruin continues a little series I started in the long lost years of the last decade, when the world was fresh and bright and... yeah. Anyway, it's a rollicking sci-fi adventure that explores what would happen if some alien intelligence much more advanced than us decided it knew the path to perfection, and wanted to show us the way. Stick to that path and we're good. Deviate, and, well, there's gotta be other species out there, right?
The concluding volume to the trilogy is in editing now, getting finessed before a likely launch in January of 2026, provided I'm not utterly buried in snow by then. Always possible in Wisconsin.
I tend to write better when spreading the words across a few projects, perhaps reflecting a career spent knocking big things out bit by bit rather than grinding away on one massive endeavor at a time. With that in mind, you'll see a new science fiction series launch, likely, in March of next year, followed by a ridiculous Fantasy action-adventure in April or May. The flow's going to continue at a good pace, and if all goes well, I'm hoping for at least a half dozen new releases next year.
Why so many?
Because it's fun. It's not work if you like it, right?
